2026-06-24 Northshore vs Lakeside at Waukesha DCL

On my way to the Waukesha Public Library I noticed the lights beaming from Frame Park, which runs along the Fox River. I decided to make a quick stop to see a little baseball action. Light was fasing fast so the number of photos is quite low.

The Northshore Bobbers were taking on the Lakeside Beach Bums. As of this writing (July 2nd), the teams sit on opposite ends of the standings, but you wouldn’t know it by the final score where the first place Beach Bums prevailed by a final score of 4-3.

Frame Park is a challenge to shoot. Fence angles and a tall perimeter fence make things a challenge. Often times the entrance to each dugout is open, but that still limits angles to mostly pitchers. One of these days I need to ask permission to settle in the bullpens.

  • If your photo(s) appears on this page and you want it removed, ask me.
  • Be sure to look at my “Terms and Conditions”.  I strive to promote baseball across the state and offer liberal use of my photos for personal use and non-profit situations.
  • To allow for faster page loading, the photos are not high resolution.
  • If you are interested in a high resolution photo, ask me.
  • I probably have many more photos from the game. If you are looking for photos of a particular player, ask me.

  • I attend games per my schedule.  Upon request, I can make myself available to shoot specific ballgames for a reasonable fee.
  • I am always interested in adding to my Wisconsin baseball memorabilia collection – especially schedules, programs, photos, RPPC (real-photo) postcards, etc. Other unique items are of interest too, especially pre-1970.
